Saratoga Benches
This graphic depiction of a woman sitting in a field of benches strikes a chord. It doesn’t matter that these benches are at the famous Saratoga Racecourse. Or, that this beautiful woman is watching a thoroughbred racehorse workout early on a summer morning. Although all of that is true.
It's just more fun when you realize that she is sitting where you were sitting! Dressed just like you. So simple, so elegant.
What I love about this image is its expectancy. Our lady in the yellow hat is most interested in what she’s seeing and can’t help but move toward it. I think we all go with her a little bit. The scene feels like “Christina’s World.”
This is the most popular image I have ever created. It’s an honor to be the fellow who brought it to life. Enjoy!
