Wire To Wire (1996)

After a conversation at the track where I was informed (to my surprise!) that it's the woman who actually makes the final decision about which poster to buy I decided to make a poster with the gentlemen in mind.

I tried this direct approach. Coming right at you, right up close. The heart-pounding excitement of thoroughbred racing jumps off the page. Bold shapes and deep, rich colors give this piece its three-dimensional look. The colors are the colors you would find in an office, rich leather and wood tones.

It was a big hit! In fact it nearly sold out and the remaining copies in the edition are relatively rare now.

Two Poster Versions: This poster comes in both a Travers, and a Saratoga version. The artwork is the same on both posters, only the type changes. Look for the "Poster Version" pull-down menu above the price to see and select one.
